Author's POV :
"I swear I will pluck out their eyes and play golf with it." Mahir roared in anger.
"Bhai shakal dekhi hai?"
"Nhi"
"Naam jaanta hai?"
"Nhi"
"Address jaanta hai?"
"Nhi"
"Han to andhe shikari ki tarah aage kyun badh raha hai pagal?!" Agastya face palmed himself.
Agastya added, "See we need a proper plan to arrest them. The Vulture's surely did this for revenge on me and may be they will again try to harm her."
"You are right! I will tell our team to take out all the past paperwork and files about THE VULTURES." Mahir agreed and left for police station.
Meanwhile Ekantika was staring at the ceiling and talking to herself.
"I gotta be stronger just like bhaiya! I will become the woman no man would dare to mess with. Full stop to this soft broken version. I am gonna be the bad b*tch because this fcking world deserves it." She told herself, a new willpower growing within her.
Her physical wounds slowly and slowly started healing a little from past few days.
Vaishali made sure she ate her protein rich meals and never skipped fruits and salads. But ofcourse Agastya made sure to sneak in some ice-cream and milkshakes for his bachaa.
As Agastya entered the hospital room, he found Ekantika mumbling to herself.
"Kya soch rhi ho madam?" He asked her.
"Bhaiya mujhe na self defence seekhna hai aapse after I recover completely." She requested.
"Han to bilkul! Main to soch raha tha recovery ke next day se hi shuru krdun." Agastya replied understanding how important self defence was for her.
"Hmm chalega but apna hitler wala form mujhpe mat chalana" She chuckled.
"Main hitler dikhta hun?" He fake glared her.
"Dekho dekho abhi waisi hi hitler wali shakal banai hai!" She mocked him and they both started laughing.
"Chalo i will bring your food...."
"And pads as well bhaiya!" She spoke before he could complete.
"But your date is a week after right?" He spoke as if it's nothing.
Ekantika gasped, her mouth wide open.
"Are you for real?! You remembered my dates?!" She was bewildered.
"Umm what's a big deal? I remember Lily's dates so why not yours?" He replied casually.
"You. Are. A. Fictional. Man." She almost screamed.
He chuckled and added, "Good for me that you won't settle for low minimum guys since this is practically bare minimum."
(A/N : periods wala scene real life inspo hai I mean my brother remembered my dates lol💅🏼🎀)
Ekantika was shocked yet proud. She was proud to be his sister, someone who made such things seem like bare minimum.
He went to bring her food as well as pads for her.
Ekantika peacefully ate her food while scrolling through some reels.
Meanwhile in the police station
The Vultures are getting out of control! What is the police doing?
An innocent was killed again by The Vultures. Police needs to give answers.
When will the rise of The Vultures finally fall?
This is ACP Agastya's take on The Vultures and he says his team is working hard to arrest them.
Files and Newspapers were scattered and every newspaper front headline read something or the other about The Vultures.
Agastya and his team were going through each and every file carefully as to not leave any information.
The Vultures were a deadly group of r*pist and killers who had r*ped and killed over 15 girls. After a lot of investigation and struggles, ACP Agastya Kapoor and his team finally revealed the truth behind who actually were the members and leader of The Vultures and arrested them 2 years ago.
But what they didn't know was..........
2 brothers of the leader were alive.
They were in abroad and since no one from the gang confessed about the brothers as well as the police weren't able to find any evidence related to them, they thought the leader had no brothers.
But he had! Alive and still roaming in the streets like they never even cat-called any woman!
"Mahir looks like we need to open that house where The Vultures lived!" Agastya said in a stern voice.
"Yes sir! I will go with a team and check there!" Mahir saluted before leaving.
Agastya ran a hand through his hair. He knew if he didn't catch those 2 b*stards they would try to rape another woman.
Mahir unlocked the door of the secret room of The Vultures and entered with his team.
The room was dirty and full of dust. All the officers wore their gloves and masks and one of them switched on the light.
There were some pictures of their victims. In the middle of the room was the potrait of the leader of the gang.
Officers started searching to find any clue about the other two members.
"Guys! We need to arrest those as*holes as soon as possible otherwise we may also find another body of a woman who got raped by them!" Mahir announced.
Everyone agreed and continued their search attentively.
On the other hand, Agastya called Vaishali who was with Ekantika.
"Hello Lily!" He spoke in his gentle tone. A tone which was only for his loved one.
"Hello future patidev!" Vaishali replied from the other end making Ekantika chuckle.
"Acha I was saying be aware and dhyan rakhna. Although officers are there but still those people can try to harm her and you!" Agastya spoke, his voice laced with concern.
"Ji mere future patidev! Main dhyan rakhungi don't worry!" Vaishali giggled but her tone changed into calm and assuring in the end.
"Chalo byee Lily! I love you!"
"I love you too Agastya!"
Vaishali cut the call knowing well Agastya needs to investigate the case.
She continued with 'Aao Nanad Gossip Krein' session with Ekantika telling her how flirting and cheesy Agastya is.
