Hey Bholenath!😭
While pacing around my room, I can't Shiv Ji's name praying to him for giving me strength to handle this new beginning of my life.
After getting ready, I went down to pray and have my breakfast.
"Bhaiyaaa yrrrr!" I was about to speak when he interrupted.
"Mujhe bahut ghabrahat ho rhi hai excited hun lekin nervous bhi! I fear if sab sahi jayega ya nhi. Arghhh why this nervousness! I am definitely gonna mess up things badly! What if my past troubles me in college? What if I don't make any friends? Pta hai pta yahi kehna chahti ho na?" He blurted out.
"You know me way too much, don't you?" I remarked.
"Cause I am your brother, my munchkin!" He said ruffling my hairs.
"I swear agar mere baal kharab huye!" I fake glared him.
"Acha baba sorry! And itna mat socho everything's gonna be fine! I know because of your past it will be difficult but you will make it at the end! I trust you and I believe in you!" He assured me and I felt good.
"Thank you bhaiyu! You really are My Saviour" I smiled and finished my breakfast.
We sat in his car as he drove to my college.
I stood in front of my college gate! The college of my dreams. I took his blessings and entered the college.
"Ekantika!" I heard his voice and turned around.
"All the bestt!" He showed me a thumbs up.
I smiled and mumbled a thanks which he understood.
I started walking around the campus trying to find my class.
Soon I found my classroom and entered inside.
I found an empty seat and sat there. Soon the lectures started and I sincerely made notes and studied.
"Ohh finally! It's a free lecture. I am so hungryyy." I said to myself while going towards the cafeteria.
As I sat in the cafeteria with a plate of rajma chawal, I looked around to see everyone sitting in groups and here I was alone.
But no worries, I am better off alone. It's not like I will make friends in a day.
"Excuse me?" I looked to see a girl standing near me.
"Yes?" I raised an eyebrow.
"Myself Avni! First year. Actually there's no empty seat around. So can I sit here?" The girl introduced herself.
"Yeah sure. Btw myself Ekantika! First year." I responded.
While eating, I felt her staring at me.
"Mere chehre par kuch hai kya jo mujhe ghur rhe ho?" I questioned her.
"No actually you look pretty! Genuinely you are so beautiful dude. Your boyfriend must be lucky!" She remarked.
"Thanks for the compliment but I don't have a boyfriend!" I replied.
"Koi nhi hum patwa denge!" She winked at me.
"Weird!" I said as I left from there. I don't want any of these drama.
I went back to my class and sat on my seat.
I saw that girl yeah Avni, entering. As soon as she saw me, she came towards my seat!.
"Heyy came class as well!! See even destiny wants us to be together.😌" She said proudly.
As she sat beside me, I asked,"tum sach main issi class main ho ya mujhe stalk kr rhi ho?"
"Tum jaisi ladki ho to stalk krne main kaisi sharam!" She winked again and I gave her a disgusted shocking look.
"Are you lesbian? See even if u are, I am not! I am straight at!" I said shifting away from her.
"Aree darling chill! I am also straight and I didn't stalk you it's my class!" She said showing her I'd.
"Han phir thik hai but still maintain distance!" I remarked and she started laughing and I giggled as well.
Seems like she isn't a bitch like my schoolmates were but can't judge from a single day.
As we sat studying, listening to the professor, Avni kept trying to make a conversation with me.
Suddenly, we heard some noises outside our room. The professor went outside and came back after few minutes.
But what took me back was that bhaiya came with him along with some inspectors.
As soon as he saw me, he rushed to me.
"Ekantika! You are fine na? You are not hurt right?" He cupped my face and checked me for any injuries while the whole class looked shocked.
"I - I am fine bhaiya! What's the issue?" I asked in confusion.
"You first come with me. Professor our officers will check the students! Pls co-operate!" He announced as I went with him outside.
"Bhaiya kya hua hai?" I asked sensing something very wrong.
"Some unknown number messaged me that my closest people are in danger. I checked upon Vaishali and her family and even Diksha Bhabhi they were all alright and only you were left... I - I thought you are in danger. " He said cupping my face.
I held his hands. "Don't worry bhai! I am fine. You bachaa is fine! Also you always have the live location of mine right?" I said calming him down.
"Yes bachaa but still I got so worried yk." He caressed my cheek.
We went inside the class and I sat on my seat.
"Attention students! I got an information that Ekantika is in danger. If she can be in danger then even you guys can be also. So for safety, keep police's number handy and always be alert. If you find something suspicious in your surroundings, call the police immediately." He announced in his authoritative tone.
Bhagwan ji ye kitne darawane lagte hain iss tone main! Thank god he doesn't use this for me ever.😭🙏🏻
"Sir how do you know her?" A student stood up and asked.
"Oh well! She is my sister!" He smiled at me.
We could hear small whispers around the room and I felt Avni looking opend mouth at me and bhaiya continuesly.
He left from the college and our class ended and it was again a free lecture.
I was walking around our ground.
"Ekantika!!" I heard my name and saw Avni running towards me.
"Are you actually ACP Agastya's sister?? He gave so many interviews but kbhi bhi ye nhi btaya ki he has a sister." She said.
"Um actually we ain't blood related. He is my brother from another mother." I hesistantly said not wanting to speak much abt how our bond started.
"Oh aur tum kaise mile??" She asked what I didn't wanted to hear.
"Too personal to be told to someone I just met." I said and starting walking.
"Acha acha koi nhi, mat btao chalega. Kidhar ja rhi ho?" She asked walking beside me.
"Aise hi campus dekhne." I shrugged.
We walked around our campus. Our branch has a huge canteen/cafeteria, basketball and football ground, auditorium, classes, library and even a swimming pool.
I thought to myself bhai college hai ya hotel?!
"Waise tum itna chup chup kyun rehti ho? Mujhse to Bina bole 5 min bhi raha bhi jata. Class main bhi kitna control krna padta hai!" She kept blabbering and I felt in my heart that she is not that weird just a bubbly girl.
My first day at college ended just like that and I went home.
I waited for the door to open and was surprised and happy to see bhabhi.
"Bhabhiiii" I squeeled as I hugged her.
"Kaisa hai mera bachaa? Kaisa gya aapka 1st day of college?" She asked giving me a kiss on my cheek.
"Sahi tha bhabhi! I met this girl named Avni too is too talkative. I just hope she is nice. Only then I will proceed with friendship." I said.
"Acha chalo fresh hojao! Even Agastya is gonna reach soon!" She said.
I went to my room to freshen up. I changed my clothes and then went to the drawing room.
I halted when I saw them both kissing each other. God why me?😭😭
I closed my eyes through my hands and coughed.
I felt some movement.
"Come Ekantika!" Bhaiya scoffed.
Bechare! He was trynna romance with his to be wife.
"Itna acha mood tha pura bigad diya!" He rolled his eyes and sat next to me.
"Not my fault that you guys didn't consider going to you room!" I smirked.
