Agastya's POV :
I was just reading a book since I usually sleep a bit late when I heard an ear piercing scream.
"Aaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhh!!! Leave me! Chodho mujhe! Aaaahhhhhhhhhhh!!!" It's Ekantika's voice.
I rush to her room. I was abt to knock the door but I saw it's already open.
I went inside her room to see a heart wrenching site.
She was vigorously moving her arms and legs, screaming and her body was shaking with fear.
She is having a fcking nightmare. I rush to her and held her.
"Shhhh shaant bachaa! It's fine. It's me here, Agastya. Calm down. Nobody is here." I whispered holding her close to me.
I rubbed her hands and kept saying words to calm her.
She opened her eyes slowly and the moment she looked at me, she started crying.
"W-wo phir aaye the. He was t-touching m-me. He r-roamed his h-hands. I f-feel di-disgusted." She said while crying.
"Koi nhi hai yahan bachaa. It's me just me. Koi nhi touch krega aapko." I side hugged her and rubbed her arms to calm her.
I give her a glass of water and she drank it. I made her lay in bed. She just stared at the ceiling.
I remembered how my mom used to make me sleep when I used to have bad dreams.
I took my phone and played Hanuman Chalisa.
"Ye kyun?" She asked.
"Aapko darr nhi lagega. I am here, you sleep." I said smiling.
"Neend nhi aa rhi." She replied.
"Abhi aa jayegi. Just close ur eyes and trust me." I started stroking her hair softly just like how my mother used to do.
She held my hand and got comfortable.
Slowly she drifted off to sleep. Once I made sure she is in deep slumber, I slowly went to my room.
She needs therapy to overcome all this. I will talk about it later. Let's just sleep.
~~~Next Day~~~
I woke up, did my morning chores, took a bath and did the morning puja.
I heard her coming out of her room. She wished me and prayed as well.
"Bhaiya?" She called.
"Hmm." I replied
"Can I cook the breakfast today?" She said blinking.
"Kyun? You need rest bachaa. I will do it." I said concerned abt her.
"I am fine now and I want to. Aap itna kuch kr rhe hain mere liye so I want to cook for you. Plssss na." She pleaded with her puppy eyes. That's wrong! I can't say no to those eyes.😭
I agreed but told her to call me if she needs help.
While she was cooking, I decided today's plan.
I gotta take her to shopping. She doesn't even have proper clothes. Idk how she lived there so many years?!
Then lemme introduce her to my woman.
I already told her about Ekantika and how she is living with me now.
She doesn't have any problem. She knows I look at Ekantika like my sister. She even felt so angry when she got to know what happened with her.
She wants to meet Ekantika as well. I know she has to. It's important for Ekantika to meet her.
"Breakfast is ready!!!" She shouted from the kitchen.
"Coming bachaa!" I said and walked towards the dining area when the door bell rang.
Who is it now at this time?! I went and checked through the surveillance. It's Mahir.
I welcomed him inside.
"Stupid! Itni subah subah kon aata hai?" I mocked.
"Main!" He said with a sarcastic smile.
"Ekantikaaaa dekho main kya lekar aaya hun aapke liye!" He literally pushed me aside and went to her.
Dost dost na raha guysss.🙃
"Hii Mahir sir!" She wished him.
"Hello beautiful sister of this ugly man!" He spoke looking at me.
"Nhi! He is not ugly. He is handsome." She said innocently.
"He is just teasing me bachaa." I said giving him a punch on his stomach.
"Well guyss! Diksha has sent these tasty masala idli for you both!" He said taking out a tiffin.
"Aree pehle btana tha na! 😋 Diksha Bhabhi I loveeee youuuuuuu and ur food!" I teases him taking the tiffin from his hand.
"Diksha kon? Aapki wife?" She asked being unaware of her.
"Yess my wife, my lady, my love!" He said blushing.
"Ohhh! Aap dono bethiye main khana lekar aati hun aaj maine breakfast banaya hai." She told him and went to bring the food.
"She is fine now?" He asked me while sitting next to me.
"Yesterday night she had a nightmare that scared the shit Outta me broo." I replied.
"Guess she needs to meet my bhabhi to be soon." He said understanding the situation.
"Aaj hi milwa raha hun teri bhabhi to be se." I said blushing.
"Oyee hoyee Strict ACP is all blushy blushy." He teased me.
"Ja re apni biwi ke pass." I said.
"Khana khake jaunga mister. It's my leave as well." He replied.
"Ye lijiye!" Ekantika came with two bowls. One with Indian sandwich and other with masala idli.
She sat beside us and we three started eating. OMG the food>>> it's so tasty.
"Woww maja aa gya yrr Ekantika. Kya sandwich hai!" Mahir said while diving into the sandwiches.
"Sach main Ekantika itna mast hai yrr. Maja aagya khake. Aur Diksha Bhabhi ke masala idli to hai hi famous." I spoke while stuffing my mouth with the sandwich.
"Thank you and Mahir sir Diksha mam ke masala idli are super yummy." She said giggling.
"Thanku thanku!" He smiled.
We ate our food and then Mahir went to his home and I told Ekantika to go get ready for shopping.
Ekantika - itna bada naam hai yrr I need to find a nick name.😭
For now, let's get ready. After getting ready, we went to a mall.
"Buy whatever you want, I will pay" I said while entering a store.
"Bhaiya I have my own money. I will pay for it. You don't need to." She said in a low voice.
"But you are still a child. Let me pay." I said.
"Nhi bhaiya pls. You already did so much for me. Plss I won't feel good let me pay for my stuff." I insisted and I gave in. Ofcource she won't be completely comfortable suddenly.
She chose some dresses, tops, jeans and kurti and some personal stuff.
After her shopping was done, we went to the counter and she payed for it. Demn she earned quite a good amount from her part time job.
While she was shopping, I called my lily to come over to meet Ekantika.
"Bachaa I want you to meet someone and she is coming over here." I said and she nodded.
We sat in my car and I drove back home.
After we settled down and relaxed, the door bell rang. It must be her.
